Granulator: The innovative screw structure design improves efficiency by increases output significantly, decreases energy consumption and improves plasticizing quality. Two-stage compounding extruder consists of twin-screw extruder and SJ single-screw extruder. The former one shears and mixes materials, while the latter one stably extrudes and granulates materials. Advanced structure can avoid material decomposition due to overheat. Low energy consumption, high product quality and output, the two-stage compounding extruder is widely accepted, while mainly applying to PP, PE, PA, PVC, PET, ABS and PS (screw structure differs from material to material).
